Since the matter is strictly between the Registry of this Court and the petitioner's Advocate, we have taken up this Civil Application out of turn. Having heard the applicant's Advocate and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown for the delay in not complying with the office objections, we allow this Civil Application. We make this Civil Application absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) and (B). 2.

Mr. Waramaa, learned counsel for the applicant states that he would visit the Registry / Office of this Court and tender the required documents. If they are tendered, Registry to proceed and number the Writ Petition.
