Heard, the learned advocate for petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Dhongade, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.

The appeals of the petitioners are not entertained on the

2 wp 7494.20 ground that the petitioners did not submit demand draft of Rs. 25/- in the name of the respondent No. 4.

It appears that, same is too technical view. The petitioner shall submit the demand draft within a period of seven (07) days from today. In case fresh D. D. is submitted within a period of seven (07) days, the appeals of the petitioners shall be decided on its own merits.

In the light of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
