Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that now petitioners 1, 2 and 3 are absorbed vide subsequent order. Petitioners 2 and 3 are already paid necessary increments. However, petitioner No.1 is not given benefit of the same. The petitioners 4 and 5 did not want to be absorbed in any other institution. In the light of that now the dispute that would remain is regarding increment of petitioner No. 1 which is not paid as contended by the petitioner No.1. and the completion of service book. 2.

The respondent Management shall give the necessary increment to the petitioner No. 1 as is permissible and admissible in law. The same shall be done within six months.

The respondent management shall also complete the service book of petitioner No.1. Petitioner No.1 shall also cooperate in completion of the said service book. The same to be done simultaneously within six months from today. 4.
