The petitioner has challenged the recovery certificates issued under Section 101(1) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The record indicates that the certificates are issued on the basis of the record available with the Bank that the petitioner is liable to pay the amount of Rs.3,80,340/-, Rs.4,45,583/- and Rs.1,02,332/- as on 31.03.2021. The certificates are granted by the authority after a detailed inquiry conducted on various dates. Continuous

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is proposal of One Time Settlement being worked out with the Bank. He may independently do so. However, there is no merit in the present petitions.
