Heard Mr Patil, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr Patil, at the outset, prays for amendment to the petition. The oral prayer is allowed. One week's time is granted to carry out amendment.

Mr Patil further submitted before us that post filing of the petition and subsequent to the issuance of notice by this Court, the State Government issued Government Resolution dated 8th March, 2019 and in view of the said Resolution, four independent posts are created to teach the subject in the Science stream, namely, Biology, Physics, Chemistry along with the post to teach Mathematics. The Government Resolution also refers to the list of districts and Ashram Schools in these districts. 4.

In view of the aforesaid Government Resolution, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the respective state authority like District Social Welfare Officer for accommodation/approval of these petitioners in the Ashram Schools against the subjects as stated in the said Resolution. If the petitioner submit their claims either personally or through the Institute for grant of approval and payment of salary to the respective authority of the State Government, the authority to consider these claims, as expeditiously as possible, needless to state on their own merits.
