1. Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. For the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing review applications is condoned. Civil applications disposed of.
2.
We have considered the review applications on merits. We have heard Mr.Nirmal, learned counsel for the applicant. In fact, the present situation is a creation of the applicant only. Upon the no objection given by the applicant, the Zilla Parishads, where the 1/2
DB907 non applicant employees were serving, relieved them to join with Z. P. Beed. Now the Z.P. Beed contends that there are excess teacher and they cannot be accommodated.
3.
The anomalous situation is the creation of the present applicant only. We had considered the said aspect and directed the applicant to allow the petitioners to work at their transferred places and if at all at the place of transfer no posts are available, then at any other place in Zilla Parishad Pariahds Beed. We had also directed the State Government to take effective steps to resolve these anomalous situation and we had allowed the petitioners to join duties subject to the decision that would be taken by the Government.
Now it is for the State to step in to resolve the dispute.
4. The review applications are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
