Heard. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. It appears that, the appeal along with delay condonation application was filed way back in June 2017 and after issuance of notice, the matter has been circulated for the first time today. The applicants - claimants would, therefore, not be entitled for component of interest for the delayed period of four years i.e. from 7/6/2017 to the date of this order.
