Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to professional course, the respondent No.2 - Committee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably by 05.11.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.10.2020. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
