Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned AGP waives notice on their behalf.

This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for the selfsame relief of a direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal / tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannerwarlu' Scheduled Tribe. The earlier Writ Petition bearing Writ Petition No. 5721 of 2024 was disposed of, by order dated 18.06.2024, directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 30.06.2025 (yesterday). 1/2

938 WP NO. 7672 OF 2025 The Scrutiny Committee has failed to decide the claim within the said time period.

Attention of this Court is invited to the Undertaking filed in the earlier writ petition and it is stated that the petitioner intends to abide by the said undertaking even in these proceedings, which is annexed to this petition, relevant portion of which reads as under:- '3.

That, pursuance to the above said order dated 18/06/2024 of the Hon'ble High Court, I hereby undertakes to this Hon'ble Court that, I will not seek confirmation in employment / increments / promotion / service benefits, until my claim is validated.' 5.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to finally decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 30.09.2025. 6.

No further time shall be granted. Subject to the aforementioned undertaking furnished in the earlier petition and the statement made on behalf of the petitioner that he shall abide by the same in these proceedings also, adverse action shall not be taken in regard to the service of the petitioner till the decision of the Scrutiny Committee.
