Mr Gunale, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that respondents no.2 and 3 are allotting the dealership of retail outlet to respondent no.7. In fact, respondent no.7 has changed the site. He should have been considered for dealership of outlet from Group III instead of Group I, but the same is not done in accordance with the Rules. 2.

We have heard learned A.S.G. for respondent no.1 and learned A.G.P. Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no.4 and 5. 3.

The petitioner has not applied for grant of retail outlet to respondents no.2 and 3. The petitioner is unconcerned with the allotment of dealership to any person.
