By the present application, the applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.40 of 2017 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrirampur.

None appears on behalf of the respondent though duly served. 3.

It is brought to my notice that the applicant is a destitute lady, who has lost her father and residing with widowed mother and her brother is a student.

Considering the hardship and convenience of the applicant, as also the fact that the averments made in the present application have remained un-controverted, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
