This is an application seeking restoration of the Revision Application which was dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 15th April 2016

For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.3, 4 and 5 of the application, the delay in filing the application deserves to be condoned and the same is accordingly condoned. The order dated 15.04.2016 is hereby recalled. The Revision Application shall be restored to its original status.
