I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this bail application. Learned counsel, however, submits that the applicant is having no criminal history and, in the event, if the trial is not commenced within a period of six months, liberty may be granted to the applicant to fle an application for regular bail before the Trial Court.

Leave granted. Bail application is disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to fle an application for regular bail before the Trial Court, in the event if the trial is not commenced within a period of SIX months from the date of this order.
