Heard. The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 21/6/2022, passed below application Exh.115 in Sessions Case No.207/2018. Vide impugned order, the application came to be rejected. The prosecution was permitted to show the CCTV footages to P.W.1. It is hereby made clear that whatever was shown in the nature of CCTV footages to P.W.1, the said piece of evidence would be subject to its admissibility, relevancy and proof in terms of the provisions of the Evidence Act. Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
