These are the civil applications moved by the applicants to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimants. In fact, the appellant / acquiring body ought to have moved those applications so as to bring the legal heirs of the original claimants, which are reported to be dead.

Be that as it may, though there is delay in bringing the legal heirs of the original claimants on record, the applications need to be allowed to adjudicate the main appeals.
O R D E R
(i) The civil applications to bring on record the legal heirs on record are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). (ii) The appellant to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased claimants by making necessary amendment in the appeal memo. (iii) Civil applications are accordingly disposed of. [ SHRIKANT D.
