This matter was heard for some time.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners would move a fresh application under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the damage caused to his agricultural land on account of erecting of 220 KV Beed Patoda Transmission Line in 2009. He further prays that if his grievance is not redressed, he would avail of a remedy as is permissible in Law. khs/August 2022/8126

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty as is prayed for.

In the event, the petitioners file their representations as stated above, the Authorities would consider the same expeditiously and preferably within 6 (six) months in accordance with the provisions of Law applicable.
