2] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant is present.

3] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw this appeal. 4] Allow to withdraw this First Appeal and same stand disposed of as withdrawn.

5] The amount deposited by the appellant is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents - claimants along with accrued interest.

6] The disbursement of the amount shall be as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal.
