In pursuance of order dated 26.06.2024 passed by this Court, learned AGP placed on record order dated 16.05.2024 passed by learned Tahsildar in Case No.2024/Jama-1/Rasta case. It appears that proceedings has been finally disposed of by Tahsildar. As such there is compliance of order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.9840 of 2021 dated 28.11.2023.

Learned Advocate appearing for petitioners points out that there

940_CP_573_2024 are typing errors in order passed by Tahsildar, which needs to be corrected. Learned AGP assures that necessary corrections would be carried out and fresh orders would be supplied to petitioners. Hence, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
