None for the respondent inspite of service of notice. This application is filed seeking transfer of HMP No. A-490 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Solapur to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Ahmednagar. The transfer is sought on the ground that the applicant finds it difficult to travel to Solapur. There is distance of more than 200 kms. She is staying with her parents and a child of aged 9 years. Thus, she finds it difficult to attend the Court at Solapur, as there is no one to accompany her.

This Court finds that inspite of service, the respondent has not appeared. It can be inferred that the respondent has no serious objection to transfer the proceeding.

Considering the above and the fact that inspite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Hence, following order.

i) This Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

ii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant wife shall not seek unnecessary adjournment. If the Trial Court finds that the adjournments are unnecessarily sought by the wife, the Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders compensating the husband, if he personally remains present.

iii) If the husband makes a request for attending the Court through video conference, said prayer shall be considered liberally by the Trial Court.
