We have extensively heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned Advocate on behalf of respondent no.2 - informant. Petitioner no. 1 is the husband. Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the parents-in-law of the informant. Petitioner no. 4 is the elder brother-in-law of the informant and petitioner no. 5 is his wife. Petitioner nos. 6 and 7 are married sisters of the husband/petitioner no. 1 and both are residing at different places. 02.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates and have perused the petition paper-book. The learned SG Punde, PA

24CrWP937.2019 -2Advocate for the informant submits, on instructions, that the informant would not oppose this petition to the extent of petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 desire to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn to the extent of petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3. Insofar as petitioner nos. 4 to 7 are concerned, this petition is allowed in the light of the statement recorded herein above and the FIR No. 37/2017 registered on 07.07.2017 is quashed to the extent of petitioner nos. 4 to 7. Consequentially, RCC No. 207/2017 shall not proceed to the extent of these petitioners.
