On the last date, we had asked Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G. to take instructions as to the period within which the petitioner would be required to submit the validity certificate. Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G. on instructions submits that the petitioner can submit the validity certificate up to 27.11.2020.

Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that, in that case he would withdraw the challenge to the Business Rules for Joint Seat Allocation i.e. prayer clause (B). The learned counsel further submits that the committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding before 20.11.2020.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent No. 3. 4.

Considering that prayer clause (B) is not pressed and the fact that the petitioner is required to submit the validity certificate on or before 27.11.2020, we pass the following order. 5.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 20.11.2020. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 17.10.2020. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
