Learned counsel for applicants submits that, there is one alphabet missing in one of the claimant's name. He seeks permission to rectify the same. Permission is granted.

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants in all these Applications are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body along with the interest accrued thereon. It appears that, the acquiring body has deposited entire amount of the impugned award.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body opposed the application for withdrawal of amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
