The petitioner has placed on record office copy of the objection raised by petitioner no.1 and others with respondent no.2 on 14.6.2015. The document is taken on record and marked as Exh.X for identification. 2.

The only grievance raised in the present petition is that respondent no.2 i.e. Administrator of Kanchan Nagar Cooperative Housing Society has not considered the objections raised by the present petitioner no.1 and others vide communication dated 14.6.2016 to the provisional voters list published by respondent no.2. According to the petitioners, their names ought to have been included in the voters list, however, in the provisional voters list their names are missing.

In view of the grievance so made, the present petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent nos. 2 to consider, if not considered already, the objections raised by the petitioner no.1 and others to the provisional voters list published on 4.6.2016, vide their communication dated 14.6.2016, as expeditiously as possible and communicate the decision to the said objectors and it is ordered accordingly.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
