Since the petitioner is signing the muster roll as Head Master in the light of the order passed by the learned Vacation Judge of this Court on 13/05/2022, for the present, the Education Officer would intimate the Bank, where the entire salaries have been parked, to release the outstanding monthly salaries of those Teachers who have been approved by the Education Department as being legally appointed. If required, for this purpose, the petitioner would sign the documents in view of the ad-interim order granted in his favour, if not already signed. Needless to state, this order would not create any equities in favour of the petitioner.
