Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 255 days caused in filing an appeal. The appellant is the original claimant. The appeal is filed for enhancement. The delay is of 255 days. The learned Advocate submits that the delay is not intentional one. For the reason that the claimant would not get the certified copy in time therefore, there is delay. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondents opposes the application stating that the reason does not appear to be bonafide one.
