Present applications have been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 1100 days condoned in filing first appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. Learned Advocate representing original claimants strongly opposes the applications on the ground that the reasons mentioned for condoning the delay is not just, proper and reasonable. 2.

Taking into consideration the contents of paragraph No.3 and by taking liberal approach, the delay stands condoned.
