The present application is filed seeking withdrawal of amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. Earlier, vide order passed by this Court, on 21st November, 2016, the applicant was permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking and balance 50 per cent amount on submitting solvent surety. 2.

In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application and the same is accordingly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of interest as accrued on the same terms as the principal amount was permitted to be withdrawn. Civil Application stands disposed of.
