The Petitioner submits that, he is now eligible for transfer as per the GR dated 07.04.2021, since his wife is suffering from a grave illness. Hence, his representation dated 06.06.2024.

We expect the Zilla Parishad - Respondent No.3 to deal with the representation of the Petitioner and arrive at a conclusion in accordance with the Government resolutions and the policies applicable, on its own merits, preferably within 60 days.
