The application is filed for condonation of delay of 916 days caused in filing Review Application. The applicant/original appellant wants to seek review of the Order made by this Court in S.A. No. 269 of 1999. This Court dismissed the Appeal by holding that no substantial question of law as such is involved in the matter and the findings are concurrent findings and they are on question of facts. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in respect of the delay the counsel is taking blame to herself. To show that there is some arguable case, she submitted that one Jagan was not made party to the Suit and this point is not
2 C.A. 7625.2006 in S.A. 269.1999.odt considered. If Jagan was not party to the Suit, the decision will not be binding on Jagan. Further, the Suit was specifically in respect of some portion which is considered by the Courts below.

In view of these circumstances, there is no scope to argue for the review proceeding. No sufficient cause is shown for condonation of delay.

Present Civil Application stands rejected. Other Civil Applications also stands disposed of.
