This is an Application for restoration of the Petition, which was dismissed for want of non-removal of the offce objections. This Court had passed a conditional order dated 04/10/2021 directing removal of all the offce objections within the stipulated time, failing which the Petition would stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, due to inadvertence, he could not comply the said order. He undertakes to remove all the offce objections within a period of [2] two weeks, if the Petition is restored.

In this view of the matter, we allow the Application in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'A-1' and 'B'. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
