This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Acquiring Body.

Learned counsel for the applicants/claimants pointed out that First Appeal No. 803 of 2017, filed by the applicants/claimants, has already been disposed of by the Lok Adalat by order dated 27.07.2024. However, the amount deposited by respondent no. 3/acquiring body is still lying with this Court. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw the said amount.

Learned AGP as well as learned counsel for respondent no.3 - acquiring body fairly concedes this position and they have no objection to allow the application.

In view of the disposal of the First Appeal No. 803/2017, present Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 5.
