By this petition, petitioner prays that his salary for the period from 01/01/2015 to 31/03/2016 as Assistant Teacher be directed to be released.

By letter dated 11/04/2017, respondent No.2 has given 'no objection' for releasing the salary of petitioner for the period from 01/01/2015 to 26/03/2016. In view of the said 'no objection' now it is the for respondent No.3 to prepare salary bills of the petitioner.

Respondent No.3 shall prepare salary bills of the petitioner for the said period within a period of three weeks from SVH

2 943-WP-4965-17.odt today and submit the same to respondent No.4 Education O8cer, who shall process it and disburse the salary of the petitioner for the aforestated period, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal.
