07-12-2021 PER COURT :- Praecipe is moved for "Speaking to the Minutes" in respect of the Judgment passed by this Court dated 03-12-2021. In paragraph No. 16 of the Judgment, the civil application of the applicant (respondent no.3 in writ petition) was allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which in fact is an interim prayer. The application ought to have been allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

In that view of the matter, the order is modified as follows: The respondents are directed to make payment of salary of respondent No.3 from February-2016 to September-2017 and from 16th January, 2021 onwards till the date and continue to pay regular salary to applicant/respondent no.3.

With this modification, motion for the "Speaking to the Minutes" stands disposed of.
