Learned counsel Mr. Shermale for applicant submits that amount deposited towards share of present applicant i.e. original claimant no.2, who has now turned major, is urgently needed as she is about to seek admission in Sandip University and papers of the same are also placed on record.

Though learned counsel for respondent No.1 formerly objected, in view of dire need for education, application for withdrawal of amount towards share of present applicant along with accrued interest thereon deserves to be allowed and accordingly the same is allowed.
