Petitioner is awaiting reimbursement of fees of students admitted in its school against 25% of the seats reserved U/Sec. 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Writ petition is disposed of. The respondents shall undertake scrutiny of petitioner's proposal immediately and shall take decision as regards its entitlement for reimbursement of fees as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today. If petitioner is found entitled to get
