Both sides submit that, in view of the problems those are being faced, arbitrator be appointed and they agree that Hon'ble Mr. Justice M. G. Gaikwad (Retired) be appointed as Arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Hon'ble Mr. Justice M. G. Gaikwad is appointed as Arbitrator. Considering the chequered history of the present matter, learned Arbitrator is requested to take expeditious hearing of the proceedings.

Statement of claims and statement of defense submitted by the parties earlier be accepted as statement of

ARB-06.14 claims and statement of defense in the present arbitration proceedings.
