Heard Mr. P. C. Mayure, learned Advocate for the applicant as well as Mr. A. B. Dhongade, learned Advocate for the appellant/M.S.R.T.C.

Both the learned Advocates submit that the main appeal itself is disposed of and some amount is lying in this Court pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court in the First Appeal.

Mr. P. C. Mayure, learned Advocate in the light of disposal of the First Appeal and also in the light of the fact submits that the applicant has attained majority during the course of period and applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount lying in this Court.

Mr. A. B. Dhongade, learned Advocate places his no objection to such prayer in view of the fact that the First Appeal is disposed of on merits.

In view of above, Civil Application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw his share together with interest accrued thereon.

Registry shall permit the applicant to withdraw such amount as is permitted herein.

7.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
