The petitioner has been challenging the show cause notice Exhibit - C issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nandurbar dated 16 May 2023 calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why order U/Sec. 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure should not be passed.
