PER COURT :- The petitioners have, admittedly, tendered applications, except petitioner No.3 for inclusion of their names in the voters list, after the cut off date prescribed for inclusion of the names in the voters list prescribed by the State Election Commission. Since the petitioners have not applied within the time stipulated by the State Election Commission, the request made by the petitioners, in the instant petition for issuing directions to the respondents to include their names in the voters list, does not deserve to be considered.
