The learned Advocate representing Zilla Parishad, has placed on record a copy of the communication received by him, dated 11.07.2024, wherein, it is pointed out that this Court has passed an order in Writ Petition No. 10795 of 2023, by which Clause 4 of the Government Resolution dated 23.08.1996, has been incorporated in the order of appointment of the Petitioner, namely Sumant Vishnu Katkar, on compassionate ground. The said communication is marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the above and since there is no dispute that the Petitioner is identically placed, we direct the concerned authority to

914wp6673-24 mention Clause 4 of the said GR in the order of Compassionate appointment of the Petitioner.
