The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.4, Mr. Vijay Awadhane, Tahsildar, Kallam, Taluka Kallam, District Dharashiv, as well as Respondent No.5, Ms Pranita Darade, Circle Officer, Itkur, Taluka Kallam, District Dharashiv, are present in the Court. It is stated that within eight days, the directions dated 06.03.2024, issued by the Principal Secretary cum Special Karyakari Adhikari, from Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, shall be implemented.

We are granting 15 days to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to ensure compliance of the order of the Principal Secretary, on or before 25.07.2024. We make it clear that if the statement made to the Court, is not adhered to, it would be considered as Contempt of Court.
