Heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel holding for Mr. Nagarsoge, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel states that, though the School Tribunal has passed the judgment in favour of the petitioner, the management is not allowing the petitioner to join the duties.

In case the order of the School Tribunal still holds the field, then the petitioner may move the School Tribunal to execute the orders of the School Tribunal. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
