Having regard to the grounds of objections raised in the memo of appeals in exception to the impugned judgments and awards, and having considered the averments in the applications for withdrawal of amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants in respective applications are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

2.

The balance 50 per cent amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. 3.

Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.

4.

List the matter for final disposal on 6th of September, 2017. Call for R & P, if not already called. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ...
