Since the learned counsel Mr. N. J. Pahune Patil did not attend the case, the warrant was issued against the applicant Yashwant Namdeo Ware. The Police Station Pathardi submitted a report that the applicant died on 13.01.2020. The death certificate is also attached with the report. Even today, learned counsel Mr. Pahune Patil for the applicant is absent. The applicant was convicted and against the judgment and order of the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, he had preferred the present revision application.

Since the applicant died, the present Criminal Revision Application stands abated.

3. Record and Proceedings be returned to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pathardi, District Ahmednagar.
