DATE : 20th JULY, 2015 PER COURT :
1.
It is not disputed that there are disputes pending between the owner of the property and the petitioner who claims to be in possession. In view of pendency of dispute, the grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition need not be entertained in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It would be open for the petitioner to avail remedies available in law. Keeping the aforesaid option open for the petitioner, writ petition stands rejected. 2.
Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
