The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the appeal filed by the petitioner against suspension of the petitioner's empanelment under the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana is not decided.

The learned Incharge Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the petitioner was required to provide all the details regarding new hospital. The petitioner has failed to submit the same. The petitioner has also failed to provide details about the number of Covid-19 patients treated in the petitioner's hospital from the date of empanelment till suspension. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, all this information is provided to the authority.

The authority shall take decision upon the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits and on the basis of documents filed by the petitioner. The said decision shall be arrived at expeditiously and if possible within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would once again file all the details with the appellate authority.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
