Inspite of the petitioner being armed with an earlier order touching the same relief in Writ Petition No. 12556 of 2018 dated 15.02.2019 whereby not only petitioner's interest was protected, but the committee was directed to decide the validation proceedings within stipulated time, the petitioner is bold enough to approach this Court again seeking same relief, wasting precious time of the Court. It is sheer misuse of process of Court. 2.

Writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousands only).
