We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner on the last date. Today also, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is heard. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that till the pendency of the original application interim orders be passed. 3.

The Tribunal while refusing the interim orders has observed that the petitioner herself made an application/ representation seeking transfer in Latur District Only. It is also further observed that, she would accept the promotion only if she is posted within a sphere of 30 kms from Latur District or else she would refuse the Gajanan

promotion itself.

The petitioner in fact ought to have joined at the transferred place. The transfer was upon promotion of the petitioner. The order of transfer is dated 04-06-2021. More than 2 1⁄2 months have lapsed, the petitioner has not joined at the transferred place. 5.

We do not find any error in the order of the Tribunal. The Tribunal has also kept the matter for final disposal. 6.
