Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the transfer order dated 14.05.2013 is erroneous and same is not in consonance with provisions of relevant Government Resolution and the policy of transfer. According to the learned counsel, this Court vide order dated 22.07.2014 in Writ Petition No. 4566 of 2014 with connected writ petitions had passed an order. The respondents are not considering the case of the petitioner in tune with the said order passed by this Court. 2.

Mrs. Kutti, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3

2 wp 6955.15 submits that, the transfers are being made as per the policy and the general transfers are effected in the month of May 2015. 3.

Considering the fact that, the representations are given by the petitioner (Exhibit - D), the respondent authorities shall consider the said representations on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
