The only prayer put forth by the petitioner is, that respondent No.2 Committee be directed to decide his 'Koli Mahadev' Tribe claim, which is pending with the Committee since January 2022.

The learned A.G.P. representing the respondents submits, that the Committee is neck deep into a heap of expedited matters by the High Court. Hundreds of cases are to be decided in quick succession. In the present case, the vigilance enquiry report is still not ready.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner's father and two real uncles from the paternal side, have been granted validity certificates by the Committee. His father's validity certificate is placed on record.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with the following directions :- (a) The Committee shall conclude the vigilance cell enquiry by 15/09/2022 and tender a copy of the report to the petitioner, expeditiously.

(b) The petitioner would then appear before the Committee on 30/09/2022 at 11.00 a.m. The hearing would be concluded on the same date.

(c) The Committee would pronounce it's order, on or before 15/10/2022.
